Our Team

Jana is a lifelong early childhood educator, advocate, and all-around champion for young children, families, and educators. With 25 years in preschool and child care leadership, she now serves as a public school Early Childhood Liaison, connecting families to vital resources and supports. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Studies from Walden University. Jana stays actively involved in the field as Board Secretary for MDAEYC, a member of NAEYC’s Affiliate Advisory Council, and part of the Fred Rogers Institute’s Educators’ Neighborhood, always showing up, speaking up, and making an impact.
