Fred Rogers Institute Fellow in Early Childhood Educator Wellbeing
Taylor Pack is an early childhood educator, scholar, and advocate for young children and the educators who support them. She serves as a lead Pre-K teacher at Shady Lane School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she creates play-based learning environments grounded in relationships, creativity, and children’s growing independence. Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition and is currently pursuing a Master of Education in PreK–4 Education. Her work brings together her experiences as a classroom educator and scholar, with particular interests in educator wellbeing, professional identity, and joyful, responsive early childhood practice. Through the Fred Rogers Institute Fellowship, Taylor hopes to explore how educators can feel supported, valued, and empowered to find purpose and joy in their work.
